From hundreds of guests delighting in their Thanksgiving dinners just a mere 24 hours before in this same room, this wedding transformation was a beautiful spectacle for the lovely couple and their guests.

The rain storms between ceremony and reception didn’t dampen one second. Stems once again waved their magical wands over Copper River Country Club to create a “Glamourama” wedding reception celebration for all!

With less than nine hours to transform Copper River into a metropolitan dinner setting, Stems went to work ten months in advance to strategically design, plan and implement this magnificent vision.

The entire perimeter of the Ballroom was softly and lushly draped in ivory organza. The chandeliers were made over into gleaming, gold and fresh vine covered lighting focal points, having multiple crystal drop chandeliers sub-mounted within them ~ Successfully instrumenting the transfusion from mission style cold iron fixtures, into an ethereal, royal celling treatment.

Although Stems started from the ceiling, they never neglect the floor! An entire brand new white dance floor was brought in to cover the existing weathered one. The couple’s custom designed monogram by RSVP Style, that was included from the invitations to the imprinted champagne flutes for every guest, was hand cut and kissed the center of this party, highlighted by spot light throughout the evening.

The muted palette of blush, ivory, champagne and gold wafted through the room, from the ivory shantung linens to the gold Phoenix dining chairs to the abundance of timeless blooms that danced in the middle of the air. Hundreds of pillar candles perched on handsome gold candle holders illuminated the romance everywhere. Hydrangea, garden roses, peonies and Southern smilax vine were flown in from such locations as Holland, Columbia, Ecuador and Texas.

As the evening progressed, the crowd continued on to dance for hours, surrounded by amped up lighting in shades of warm warm to hot pink for a true dance club vibe! Hundreds of gold rod balloons were tossed to guests around 10pm to keep it live and festive!

This spectacular wedding reception literally took a village to create. Stems Team worked around the clock for weeks just prior to the event date, from painting each and every vine for the lighting to folding hundreds of napkins. The guest list was bursting at the seams with this over-capacity celebration!

RSVP Style designed not only the couple's custom gold monogram, but also the white and gold seating chart with beautiful script on shimmering white.

One special touch for the day was of the bride's request and that was to have mini donuts for the groom, one of his favorite treats! One of our Stems girls ran to the store during the morning setup to grab enough mini donuts to fill the cupcake tiered stands to place on the head table.
